Good to hear you didn't have any pain!
Great. Take it slow!
My name is Mandy and I just found your blog! I too discovered running in my 30's. I am now 32 and completed my first half a few weeks ago. My next goal is to run a 5k in under 30 minutes. My PR is 30:47. After that I will decide what's next...a full or another half? We will see!
Thanks, Wendy! That is advice I need to remember, Christina.
Mandy, I'm not sure where your comment went, but I accepted it! Glad to meet you. I had that sub-30 minute goal early in my running career, too. I finally made it in a race in June 2008. It's a good feeling! Congrats on discovering running and your half-marathon!
wahooo for no pain. can't wait to meet up with you in Sept at the WHM.
Congralations on feeling like a runner again! It's a great identity to have.
